Performance Marketer – TROOST (Rugs Brand)Location:Flexible (Remote/On-site | Panipat/Delhi NCR) Type:Full-time/Freelance (Open depending on skill level)We’re TROOST — a fast-growing D2C rugs brand — and we’re looking for astrong Performance Marketerwith aproven track record of managing high-spend, scaled accounts .What You’ll Do: Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns acrossMeta & Google . Drive profitable customer acquisition with adeep understanding of funnels, attribution, and ROAS . Work closely with our creative team forweekly ad refreshes , briefs, and testing new angles. Analyse performance, build insights, and scale what works. Manage budgets efficiently and push for consistent growth.What We’re Looking For: 2–5+ years in performance marketing forD2C brands/e-commerce . Hands-on experience with high budgets and proven results. Strong analytical mindset and full command over Meta & Google Ads. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.
