We are backed by some of the most prominent VCs in India and are the market leader in the audio space.At its core, the Operations Associate’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best creators, VOAs, Rjs and voices in India and utilizing their skills to produce amazing audio content across all the formats on Pocket FM. You shall actively engage with voice over artists, creators, dubbing artists both in-house and outsourced, to work on audio books, audio shows, optimizing creation quality to create an immersive and compelling audio content. The successful candidate will marry a strong passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with a hearty curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook. If you’re a fan of Audio content, this is your chance to transform how storytelling is presented and discovered by millions of users around the world.Responsibilities: Impact and success will be based on the ability to direct and produce high-quality and compelling audio content, and the dexterity to work seamlessly across numerous internal and external stakeholder teams. You will be required to build and maintain close partnerships with content creators, writers, audio production, and other cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to define the playbook for the original slate of Audio Content on Pocket FM.A Typical Day Might Include: ● Content Operation: Ensuring the daily operations of various running audio shows ● Research & Planning: Working closely with the content team, production team and creators to plan as per the content pipeline and streamline their timely delivery ● Managing large teams of content creators and ensuring that creators are aligned with their deliverables and the creator pool is optimally utilized ● Operationalize and lead a network of internal and external partners to create best-in-class audio creation workstream, setting creation standards across all facets of the production cycle ● Utilize organizational skills to manage a growing portfolio of creators across the regionQualifications: ● 2+ years of producing and managing content,content creators, creative communities ● Strong creative instincts and an informed POV on what will delight our listeners when it comes to longform audio creation ● Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management ● Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple workstreams ● Deep knowledge of, and established relationships with, with key voice talent and agents ● Experience managing a complex production schedule with the ability to manage priorities on a title by title basis ● High degree of initiative, self motivation and autonomy; confident in working independently and assuming clear ownership of projects ● Self-motivated leader and strong collaborator/ team player - with the ability to maintain calm, make good decisions, and work with constant ambiguity. ● Excellent written/verbal communications skills
