Role: Program Manager / Delivery Manager/EIR – Academy Location:Hyderabad Function:Founder’s Office / Delivery Reports to:Leadership – AcademyRole OverviewThis role willown the complete delivery, learning outcomes, and student successfor live cohorts — working across instructors, students, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities 1. Outcome Ownership Ownend-to-end student outcomesacross cohorts — including completion rates, retention, NPS, placement success, and engagement. Deeply analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks in learning experience, pedagogy, or content delivery.2. Instructor Management Work closely with instructors to ensurepedagogical excellenceand alignment to company standards. Set, monitor, and review instructor KPIs — attendance, feedback, completion rates, and student performance. Design and executeinstructor training and feedback loopsto continuously improve teaching quality.3. Curriculum and Content Alignment Align course design and teaching methods withindustry and placement team feedbackon in-demand skills. Evaluate course flow, depth, and project quality; recommend updates where outcomes lag. Ensure students acquire the exact skills companies look for.4. Student Success and Insights Track each cohort’s metrics — engagement, retention, success rates. Identify why certain batches perform better and replicate those drivers across others. Own cohort selection and engagement in partnership with community and operations.5. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with placement, marketing, and product/data teams to improve learning experience. Manage a small team (community manager + analyst/support staff) focused on quantifying and improving learning outcomes. Build playbooks and standard operating processes for scaling Academy Live.Must-Have QualitiesHigh Ownership & Agency Operates autonomously; thrives in ambiguity; takes charge of multi-stakeholder projects without waiting for direction. Technical Acumen Background inComputer Science, Engineering,or similar.
