Job Title: SAP S/4HANA PPQM Principal Consultant/ArchitectRole: Full-time/PermanentLocation: Bangalore (BLR) / Hyderabad (HYD) / Pune / CoimbatoreAvailability: Must be able to join within 45 daysRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PPQM Principal Consultant/Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring SAP solutions to meet business process and application requirements. This role requires close collaboration with client teams and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and configure SAP PPQM applications in alignment with business process requirements. - Handle configuration activities for SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. - Develop detailed and comprehensive functional specifications for complex customizations and enhancements. - Conduct end-to-end impact assessments and deliver robust solution designs. - Ensure the timely delivery of project tasks and client deliverables. - Plan, prepare, and execute unit testing and integration testing. - Collaborate effectively with client stakeholders and multi-vendor teams in a distributed environment. - Participate in presales activities, including client discussions, solution design, and proposal development. - Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) by preparing solution documents, estimations, and presentations, leveraging in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA capabilities. - Contribute to solution roadmaps, incorporating client requirements, best practices, and the latest SAP technologies.Education, Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PPQM. - 2-3 years of experience implementing SAP PPQM in S/4HANA for clients. - Strong background in Process Manufacturing and FMCG industries is an added advantage. - In-depth understanding of cross-module integration, including Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales, Controlling, and Plant Maintenance. - Exposure to Plant Maintenance (PM) process implementation is an added advantage. - Experience working with SAP Fiori applications and other modern SAP technologies. - SAP Certification in SAP S/4 Production Planning & Manufacturing preferred. - Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and end-to-end implementation lifecycle. - Presales experience in SAP solutions is preferred. - Experience in RFP responses and proposal preparation, including estimation, solution design, and presenting to clients. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, result-oriented with an eye for detail. - Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and diverse team environments.
