Role Overview:The Head of Exhibition Marketing will lead end-to-end marketing strategy, audience acquisition, and brand visibility for Condé Nast India’s two flagship experiential properties: Vogue Wedding Atelier (VWA) and the AD Design Show (ADDS).This role is responsible for building and executing a targeted outreach strategy aimed at bringing the right audiences to both events:- VWA: Individuals preparing for marriage, luxury shoppers, and HNI/UHNI audiences. - ADDS: Design-interested consumers along with the architect and interior designer (AID) community.The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to digital and offline marketing, audience development, and influencer/ambassador-network building.Key ResponsibilitiesAudience Development & Acquisition- Drive targeted audience growth for VWA and ADDS, ensuring the highest-value attendees are brought to the shows. - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to attract the correct TG (target group) for each IP. - Build, grow, and manage an offline network of ambassadors capable of mobilizing and referring HNI and UHNI attendees. - Establish and nurture a strong influencer ecosystem across luxury, lifestyle, design, and architecture to amplify event visibility and reach.Marketing Strategy & Execution- Own and deliver the full-funnel marketing strategy—awareness, engagement, and conversion—to maximize attendance quality. - Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms to effectively reach and engage potential attendees. - Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including OOH, print, and partner integrations, to strengthen event presence. - Work closely with external agencies to conceptualize and produce compelling creative assets, campaigns, and marketing collaterals for both properties. - Ensure brand consistency and premium positioning across all touchpoints.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management- Partner cross-functionally with editorial, events, partnerships, and sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives and messaging. - Manage agency partners, ambassadors, influencers, and external collaborators, driving timelines and deliverables with excellence. - Represent the marketing function in leadership discussions related to event strategy, growth, and audience development.Required Skills & Qualifications- Digital marketing expertise, especially social media growth, targeting, and performance-driven campaigns. - Strong understanding and execution capability in offline marketing (OOH, print, experiential touchpoints). - Demonstrated ability to build networks and relationships, especially with ambassadors, influencers, and HNI/UHNI communities. - Proven experience in marketing for luxury, events, exhibitions, or consumer experiential brands is preferred. - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to combine long-term vision with day-to-day execution.Experience- 8–12+ years of experience in marketing, audience development, luxury consumer engagement, or event/exhibition marketing. - Experience working with premium brands and high-touch consumer categories is a strong advantage.What Success Looks Like- Strong qualified audience turnout at VWA and ADDS. - A powerful network of ambassadors, influencers, and HNIs who consistently support annual editions. - Highly targeted, impactful marketing campaigns that elevate event equity and attendance quality. - Increased brand visibility and affinity for both IPs within their core communities.
