Key Responsibilities:• order management and ensure accurate entry and processing of sales orders in SAP.• Oversee Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and pricing uploads within SAP.• Ensure maintenance of field contracts, sample orders, and return processing for retailers.• Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and handle customer complaints related to order fulfillment.• Audit digital catalogs and ensure data accuracy across SAP-integrated systems.• Lead digital product launches and coordinate release schedules.• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service) to resolve order-related issues.• Establish and monitor operational metrics (e.g., order accuracy, cycle time, fulfillment rate).________________________________________
