Buyer NPM Indirect purchasing (Capital Goods)You will be responsible for Sourcing, Negotiation, Supplier relationship management, project management as well as on time delivery and purchasing price to meet the organizations short and long-term business objectives. You will also be responsible for purchasing of Logistics services (Domestic & International), CHA contracts, infrastructure projects, AMC & auxiliaries like Maintenance Repair and Operation Supplies, Facility management, Travel & fleetYour responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate and source supplier's mechanical, electrical, civil discipline. - Evaluate, negotiate and finalize pricing with suppliers by adopting should costing models, obtain management consensus & manage the most competitive cost for the supply base. - Facilitate as a key team member in new projects and lead cross function teams to ensure timely completion of activities. - Establish strong supplier relationship and ensure on-time delivery in accordance with r project schedule. - Report to Purchasing Head on purchasing strategy, sourcing, pricing and processes on a weekly basis. - Coordinate with Purchasing & suppliers for annual target setting and review target achievements on a monthly and quarterly basis - Negotiate with the vendors / suppliers for the purchase of components, supplies, tools and other commodities prior to order release, based on competitive quotes and evaluation of fair price, delivery and payment terms - Development of supplier strategics and cost-efficient processes aimed at achieving best cost and meeting projects targets. - Adapt NPM Purchasing process to align with local conditions - Assist management in improving and refining the Make / Buy decision process - Conduct market research and cost benchmarking for various NPM commodities. - Integrity, Dedication & self-driven attitude. - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills - Be an effective team player and lead internal cross functional teams regarding purchasing activities. - Able to communicate effectively in international review meetings - Proven hands-on experience in managing contract lifecycle activities, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance monitoring - Hands-on experience in end-to-end capital goods procurement, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.Our requirements:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical / civil engineering. - Challenging work on cutting-edge software technologies with a clear Logistics service (Sea freight & Air freight) of both Domestic & international. Purchasing of machines, Equipment's, infrastructure projects, AMC & auxiliaries like Maintenance repair and Operation Supplies, Facility management, Travel & fleet. - SAP experience MM module. - SAP Ariba. - Costing Principles and Pricing - Excellent Negotiation Skills - Experience in medium to large projects - Market knowledge, sourcing skillsJob location: Hosur, IndiaJob type: Full- TimeExperience: 8-10 YOE
