Hello Connections !!!Hiring for #BidProposal Manager( #Salesforce)Location - #HyderabadUS Night shiftWork from officectc upto 14lpanotice upto 1monthMinimum 8+yrs of experience required in Bid Proposal - #SalesforceDescription:Within the Sales Operations function, the Bid Proposal team is focused on the process ownership, end-to-end management, and completion of high-value Request For Proposals. (RFP), Security and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), and Vendor Onboarding Forms on behalf of our Sales team. The role will manage the completion of high-value and time-sensitive cases, by working with a range of cross-functional teams (including Sales, Security, Privacy, Risk, Legal, and Financial Crimes teams) to ensure accurate turnaround of Sales-initiated cases. This includes:Proactively managing Sales requests for Bid Proposal help (such as completing RFPs, Security Questionnaires) through Salesforce Cases, and subsequently project managing each request through to completionBuilding new expertise to operate a third-party software tool, in order to import, manage, and track RFP and Security Questionnaire requests along with Strike partner teamsBuilding strong collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders across multiple functional areas, and partnering across functions to achieve a shared goalIdentify and present best practices and process improvement opportunities to the Bid Proposal teamQualifications:Experience with #RFP, #DueDiligence and #SecurityquestionnairesSalesforce Experience (Salesforce Case experience would be a big bonus)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (role will require daily interaction with the Sales teams and various partner teams in order to complete requests)Strong prioritisation and organisation skills (role requires candidate to simultaneously self-manage, track, and report status updates on a number of time-sensitive requests, all at once)Interested Candidates contact HR Umme@ 8655884775 / Umme@
