Senior – Private Client Services (PCS) | TaxLocation: Mumbai / BangaloreEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 2+ yearsRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior professional to join a Private Client Services (PCS) tax practice. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy working directly with clients, managing end-to-end tax engagements, and contributing to high-quality delivery for high-net-worth individuals and closely held entities.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, as well as internal leadership stakeholders. - Manage client engagements from planning through execution and completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards. - Review tax returns prepared by team members and provide guidance on accuracy, compliance, and tax efficiency opportunities. - Research and consult on various U.S. and global tax matters. - Respond to inquiries from tax authorities when required. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose practical, client-focused solutions. - Mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to their development. - Collaborate effectively with global counterparts and cross-functional teams.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in U.S. and/or global taxation. - Working knowledge of Private Client Services tax compliance.Preferred Qualifications- CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent certification. - Experience working directly with clients and/or global teams. - Experience handling PCS clients with exposure to: - Understanding of Form 1040 (High Net Worth Individuals), Form 1065, Form 1120 and 1120SAdditional Qualifications (Nice to Have)- Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.Work Environment- Hybrid work model. - Client-focused and collaborative team environment. - Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and technical learning.
