We're on a mission to make personalized education accessible and impactful for learners across the globe.We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help us visually communicate our brand and offerings through high-quality posters, flyers, and brochures.Responsibilities- Design engaging and on-brand marketing materials including: - UI/UX Design, Social Media Creatives, PPTs - Promotional posters for events, webinars, and campaigns - Informative and visually appealing flyers for parent outreach and community programs - Professionally designed brochures for partners, schools, and parent presentations - Understand the Mentor Match brand voice and apply it consistently across all visuals - Work closely with the marketing and partnerships team to develop creatives that align with campaign objectives - Deliver print-ready and digital-friendly designs in appropriate formats - Revise designs based on feedback in a timely mannerRequirements- Proven experience in creating marketing collateral (please include a portfolio or samples) - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar - Strong visual storytelling and layout skills - Attention to detail and a good sense of color, typography, and branding - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Familiarity with the education or edtech sector (preferred but not mandatory)
