About Job:To maintain and administer the benefits across all entities for London and Asia and assisting UK Payroll processingKey responsibilities:- Maintaining BUPA Health Insurance portal and review invoices and reconciliations - Maintaining BUPA Dental Insurance portal and review invoices and reconciliations - Maintaining Allianz Health Insurance and review invoices and reconciliations - Working with the payroll manager in preparing Gender Pay Gap Reporting - Working with Payroll Benefits Manager for benefit renewals across UK and Asia and Europe, and collation of renewal data for management discussion - Working with the business to promote benefits and well being - Input UK payroll data working alongside UK Payroll Administrators - Assisting with payroll queries - Preparing and maintaining the PSA to report monthly to Comp Accounting - Processing quarterly dividend payments - Assist in P11d process and maintain loan report - Provide back up for journalsSkills/Experience required:- 4-6 years of relevant experience - Understanding of Life Assurance - Understanding of Permanent Health Insurance - Understanding of Private Medical/Dental Insurance - Understanding of Regulatory Reporting - Understanding of Gender Pay Gap reporting - Understanding of P11d & PSA Reporting - Basic understanding of Payroll - Advanced Excel - Good communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to organise and plan personal workloadSystems used:- Oracle/Oracle Fusion - Excel – advanced - Outlook - KyribaPersonal attributes:- Friendly - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Numerate - Flexible - Pro-active - Good organisation - Team Player - Willingness to learn new skills
