Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist / HANA Consultant with expertise in Finance (FICO) or Logistics (MM / SD / PP / EWM) to support SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and optimizations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant ERP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support SAP Specialist / HANA implementation and migration projects.Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business needs.Support Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) or Logistics processes (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing).Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.Prepare functional specifications and system documentation.Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field.4+ years of experience in SAP consulting with Specialist /HANA exposure.Strong functional knowledge in SAP FICO or SAP Logistics modules.Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Modules & Expertise (Based on Role)Finance: SAP Specialist /HANA Finance, FICO, Central Finance, Group ReportingLogistics: SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, WMIntegration: FI-MM, FI-SD, CO, and third-party integrationsTools & Technologies (Preferred)SAP Specialist /HANA On-Premise or CloudSAP FioriSAP Solution ManagerData Migration Tools (LTMC, Migration Cockpit)Certifications (Nice to Have)SAP Specialist /HANA Finance or Logistics CertificationSAP Activate Project Manager certificationWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to work on global SAP S/4HANA programsExposure to enterprise ERP transformation projectsClear career growth and certification support
