We're Hiring: – Deputy Manager - Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)Location: Bangalore / Chennai / NoidaEducation: BE/B.Tech / BCA / BSc in Computer ScienceExperience: 7+ Years- No of positions: 2Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) lifecycle aligned with organizational requirements and frameworks like COSO ERM and ISO 31000 - Identify and assess risks across the enterprise, covering strategic, financial, operational, fraud, security, governance, and compliance risks - Conduct periodic risk assessments and integrate remediation efforts into the risk management process - Work with business delivery teams and enabling function SPOCs to execute ERM activities - Monitor and report risk closure status in line with company policies and procedures - Support initiatives related to Business Continuity Management (BCM), Privacy, and Vendor Risk Management - Prepare and deliver management reports and reviews on risk status and mitigation plans - Utilize industry tools and technologies to manage integrated risk frameworks - Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills for stakeholder engagementIdeal Profile:- Experience: 4–6 relevant years of overall, with at least 2 years in ERM implementation - Qualification: Graduate/Master in Risk Management, Business Management, or related fields - Certifications: ISO 31000, COSO-ERM - Expertise in Risk Management Audit or Testing is advantage - Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in management reporting and virtual collaboration tools
