Banks in over 100 countries rely on Finacle to help more than a billion people save, pay, borrow, and invest better.To know more about Finacle visit Experience: 4+ years.Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai.Role:Lead Instructional Designer.JD-Instructional Design Tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Storyline 2, Adobe Captivate 2019, MS Office Suite, Other e-learning development tools and AI-powered learning solutions.- Instructional Design Expertise: Understanding of instructional design theories and principles, including ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagné’s Nine Events of Instruction, adult learning methodologies, and so on. - Content Development: Skilled in creating interactive e-learning modules, simulations, assessments, and multimedia learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences. - Quality Assurance: Knowledge of SCORM/AICC standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), best practices, and so on.Job Responsibilities and Pre-requisites:- Ensure Design, development and review activities in line with learning requirements. - Participate in requirement elicitation, validation of instructional design strategy activities with the objective of ensuring the highest level of service offerings of customers in own Learning Content type within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys Technologies - Involve in developing online training materials for corporate segment - Study, understand and analyze project requirements and deliverables - Analyze content banking software and financial concepts and strategize on the instructional elements required - Script scenarios, interactivities, practice activities, and test questions - Visualize a storyboard and suggest relevant templates and visuals - Use persuasive writing techniques to engage a learner (global audience) - Coordinate with cross-functional teams - Adhere to the delivery schedules - Ensure proper workflow - Ensure quality of outputQualification:- Graduates/Postgraduates - Desirable: Certificate/PG diploma in Instructional Designing
