The role involves managing end-to-end loan recovery operations, ensuring timely repayments, and driving the performance of the collection team.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the collection team to achieve monthly recovery targets. - Develop and implement effective collection strategies. - Handle escalations and negotiate repayment plans with customers. - Monitor overdue accounts and maintain detailed collection reports. - Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for resolutions.Requirements- Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline). - 3–5 years of experience in loan recovery or collection management. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
