Our vision is to empower the thousands of existing "brownfield" warehouses to compete in the age of on-demand fulfillment.We are backed by leading investors in the robotics space and are poised for significant growth, with a strong customer pipeline and a mission to redefine warehouse automation.Key Responsibilities:- Electrical architecture preparation per customer’s standards. - Preparation of the electrical drawings for the systems. - System Hardware design, Control Panel design, Component Selection of switchgears, relays, arrays and sensors. - Calculations of Electrical system - Preparation of BOM (bill of Material) - Prepare a high-level flow chart per the software architecture - Prepare a sequence of operations for systems as conceptualized by the Leader or Lead Member. - Testing of a design system on the shop floor if required - Should work on PLCs / Robot’s, HMIs, drives, servo, etc. for concept proving. To participate in technical meetings with customer Project & Controls Team and understand the technical requirements & customer's standards - Knowledge of Control Panel components and their selection, Computer Savvy. - Knowledge of Electrical Drawing, Electrical Calculation, Control BOM Selection, should have work experience on PLCs / Robot’s, HMIs, drives, servo, etc. - Hands on experience on E Plan/Auto CAD Electrical. - Knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation & Electronics engineering, Pneumatic & Hydraulics. - Knowledge of Fieldbus like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinite, Serial Communication Schematic Diagram, Signal Line Diagram, Generation of Terminal Detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams. - Knowledge of Engineering Standards such as safety, electrical, and pneumatic (OSHA, NEC, NFPA, UL, ANSI, CE, etc.) - Review and approve vendor lists, prepare quotation requests/bid tabulations/purchase orders and review substitutions for technical acceptability - Assign work to teams, monitor and manage the work
