Our platform is built on four core values: being Neighborly to our communities, staying Dedicated to excellence, embracing Bold innovation, and communicating Authentically in all interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesTesting and Quality ValidationUnderstand business and technical requirements in collaboration with Product and Development teamsCreate and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenariosPerform functional, regression, integration, sanity, and performance testing across web and mobile platformsValidate end-to-end E-commerce flows including browsing, cart, checkout, payments, fulfilment, delivery, and post-deliveryPerform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testingEnsure complete test coverage for new features, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixesDefect ManagementIdentify, reproduce, and document defects with clear steps and supporting artefactsParticipate in defect triage with Product and EngineeringTrack issues to closure and verify fixesAssign correct severity and priority and escalate critical risks promptlyAutomation, API, and Database TestingDevelop, execute, and maintain automated test scriptsContribute to automation framework enhancement using best practicesPerform API testing and backend validationExecute database validation using SQL queriesSupport performance testing activities, JMeter knowledge is a plusCollaboration, UAT, Release, and Production SupportWork closely with Developers, Product Managers, Business, and Support teamsProvide regular test status updates, risks, and quality insightsCoordinate test environments and test data setupPerform smoke, sanity, and regression testing for every releaseSupport UAT cycles, production validations, hotfixes, and emergency releasesPerform production monitoring and log analysis using monitoring and logging tools to identify and validate live issuesContinuous ImprovementContribute to QA process improvements and documentationSuggest enhancements to test coverage, tools, and efficiencyAct as subject matter expert for assigned featuresDefine optimal test strategies for complex and high-risk functionalitiesRequired QualificationsBE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field3+ years of experience in Web, Mobile, and Automation TestingStrong hands-on experience in the E-commerce domainProficiency in manual and automated testing methodologiesHands-on experience with Appium and SeleniumWorking knowledge of Java and/or PythonProficient in writing SQL queriesWorking knowledge of API and database testingExperience in automation tool selection and defining test approachExperience in designing automation frameworks and writing scripts using best practicesExperience in production monitoring and log analysis using monitoring toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to independently own complex features from a quality perspectiveDemonstrated proficiency as a subject matter expertComfortable working in the evening shift (2 PM IST onwards)What We Offer●   Competitive salary package●   Health insurance coverage●   Opportunities for career growth and professional development●   Completely Work From Home●   Desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup 5 days per week●   5 days per week
