Editing & Post-ProductionDevelop creative concepts and designs for print and digital media such as brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, video editing and email template design.Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute projects that meet the client's objectives.Edit short-form content with speed, precision, and creativity.Use fast cuts, punchy pacing, sound effects, transitions, meme formats, and kinetic text to keep content engaging.Edit UGC-style videos, talking-head videos, product demos, POVs, testimonials, and lifestyle clips.Optimize visuals for high retention, thumb-stop rate, and platform best practices.2. Social Media Trend ExpertiseTrack Instagram trends daily — audio trends, visual styles, transitions, text animations, formats.Quickly adapt trends into brand-friendly content ideas.Maintain a library of trending audios, hooks, visual references, and editing styles.3. Meta Ads EditingCreate high-performing ad creatives tailored for Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram).Understand ad structure, scroll-stopping first-second hooks, CTA placements, and storytelling for conversions.Deliver variations for A/B testing (hooks, lengths, overlays, text, formats).Edit ads that are optimized for performance, watch time, and click-through rates.4. Technical & Workflow ManagementUse design software like Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit graphics and visual elements.Organize raw footage, manage project files, maintain a clean editing workflow.Deliver final files in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) as required.Meet tight deadlines and produce high-volume content when needed.Ability to edit 4–8 videos per day depending on complexity.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, video editor, motion design, visual arts, or a related field.3+ years of experience in graphic design, video editor, short-form editing, UGC video editing, or performance marketing edits.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut Desktop / After Effects.Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok-style editing, and platform trends.Ability to produce fast cuts, seamless transitions, beat syncs, and engaging text overlays.Experience creating Meta ad creatives (mandatory).Ability to work with UGC creators and edit videos to look natural, authentic, and high-converting.Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience psychology (what makes people watch till the end).Basic knowledge of color correction, audio cleanup, SFX, and motion graphics.A portfolio of previous design work that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
