Requires the ability to use the right template accurately, document the issue and update the customer records and category. Requires strong written communication skills to respond to customer. The Email backend representative is expected to handle store-based, employee-based, and digital coupon-based issues. Primary responsibilities include understanding the cases, providing support to ensure positive customer experience. The specialist must demonstrate strong attention to details. Must also demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and apply the right methods of resolution.
