Data EngineerLocation – Gurugram | Hyderabad | Noida Designation – Senior Associate | Lead – Data Engineering60% Through Overall EducationJob Requirement:4+ years of experience in data management.Proven hands-on experience with ETL processesCandidate must have extensive hands-on experience with Pyspark/Python and a strong background in ETL jobs / processes.Strong expertise in data governance, data catalog, data quality frameworks, business rules implementation, data profiling, data ingestion, data processing and data integration.Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus.Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.Experience with data profiling, data quality management, and business rules implementation.Proficient in SQL, ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Matillion, ADF, Glue) and Python/Pyspark, or other relevant programming languages.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement ETL processesTranslate business requirements into ETL designs and mapping specifications.Understand and interpret data interactions and dependencies in complex data models.Collaborate with data architects, modelers, and IT team members on project goals.Perform testing and validation of ETL processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.Troubleshoot and resolve ETL process failures, performance issues, and data quality issues.Provide technical assistance and cross-training to other team members.Document ETL processes, procedures, and activities for future reference.Qualification: - BE/ B.
