The Chief of Staff will play a key role in supporting executive leadership, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing strategic initiatives, analyzing operational processes for optimization, coordinating interdepartmental projects, and providing guidance on decision-making. The Chief of Staff will engage in prioritizing key tasks and ensuring efficient execution of company objectives. Qualifications Strategic Planning, Organizational Leadership, and Effective Decision-Making skillsProject Coordination, Process Optimization, and Task Management experienceStrong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving abilitiesProficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and PresentationsAbility to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlinesProven leadership or management experienceBachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field; an MBA is a plusExperience in the food or hospitality industry is an advantage
