Job Title: Process SpecialistJob Purpose and ImpactThe Professional, Financial Accounting & Controllership job partners to establish and maintainaccounting policies and fiscal controls to safeguard the organization's assets. With limitedsupervision, this job prepares moderately complex financial report, statement and analysis toprovide insights for business decision making and identifies performance improvementopportunities to support business growth. This job also supports continuous improvement inmanagement reporting, report standardization and rationalization.Key Accountabilities:• Deliver standard services, including processing journal entries, completing monthly andquarterly general ledger close activities, runbook, submission of financials to Corp A&F• Performs moderately complex accounting and reporting activities including understandingthe business context, detailed verification of business transactions, quality balance sheetreconciliations• Delivers moderately complex financial and management reports to support businessdecision making, including detailed analysis of P&L and BS items explaining the businesscontext, drivers of variance / movement in balances that clearly explain the overall businessperformance• Partners on new setup and changes in existing financial applications to ensure accurateand efficient financial recordkeeping.• Partners to implement internal controls and ensure financial processes are performedtimely, accurately and in compliance with regulatory policies.• Supports and implements continuous process improvement, including simplifying andoptimizing process, improving data integrity and applying current technology.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:• 7+ years of experience or CMA with 2-3 years of experience• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles• Fluent in English with clear, consistent and purposeful communication• Advanced data analytical skills using financial ratios• Experience in reporting tools – Power BI, KnimePreferred Qualifications• Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience• Experience working with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
