The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, the ability to interpret design specifications, and experience in preparing design drawings and project documentation.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - 3–4 years of experience in mechanical design engineering (can be adjusted as per requirement). - Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent tools. - Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. - Experience with design analysis and simulation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD) is an added advantage. - Excellent problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proven team management and leadership capabilities. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced and innovative work environment.
