Role OverviewWe’re looking for a detail‑oriented Manager for our group company to own statutory compliances, monthly/quarterly reporting, audit support, and multi‑site consolidation-including for overseas subsidiaries. You’ll also build and maintain financial models that inform budgeting, forecasting, funding decisions, and performance tracking, with responsibilities extending to international operations. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure GST & Income Tax compliance and accurate filing.Prepare quarterly financials.Annual financial statement preparation.Assist with audits and resolve related queries.Produce monthly MIS reports with actionable insights.Liaise with site accounts for timely closing of books.Integrate all site accounts and finalize the trial balance.Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and project evaluation. Key QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of relevant experience.Hands-on expertise in GST & Income Tax compliance, financial statements, and audit support.Strong skills in financial modeling and Excel.
