We move fast, expect excellence, and reward it equally.We’re hiring a Backend Developer who understands that great engineering is not just about writing code—it’s about building systems that scale, perform, and elevate the entire product.The Role- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js (LTS 20/22). - Develop clean, testable JavaScript/TypeScript code. - Create RESTful APIs (Express.js / NestJS). - Work with MongoDB + Mongoose, and optionally Redis. - Implement authentication, JWT, RBAC, and secure middleware. - Collaborate on API architecture, caching, real-time communication, and integrations. - Use CI/CD pipelines, (optional) Docker, and cloud deployments. - Implement logging, monitoring (PM2), and resolve performance issues. - Write automated tests and follow Git best practices.You’ll thrive here if you have:- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and backend fundamentals. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB/Mongoose. - Good understanding of security and API best practices. - Familiarity with TypeScript (preferred). - Experience with Git and collaborative workflows. - (Good to Have) Redis, NestJS, GraphQL, Docker, Serverless, distributed systems.Location: Mumbai or IndoreApply now: Arihant Capital and help build the backend that powers India’s next-gen investing experience.
