Client : WIPRORole : Permanent Mode of work : Hybrid (3 Days)Shift : 2PM TO 12AMNotice : Immediate - 30 DaysExp : 5 to 12 YearsLocations : Bangalore/HyderabadJob Description: EDI Sterling Integrator.Overview:The EDI Sterling Integrator is responsible for supporting and managing customer B2B integrations, performing EDI/data mapping, analyzing customer requirements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth end-to-end integration workflows. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:1. B2B / Integration OperationsManage high-volume Business-to-Business (B2B) integrations with quick SLA turnaround.Work closely with customers, software vendors, sales teams, and technical teams to support integrations.Perform gap analysis and translate business requirements into technical design documents.Handle various data formats including EDI ANSI X12, XML, cXML, JSON, CSV, Flat Files, Tab/Comma Delimited files.2. EDI & Data MappingSupport EDI document processing, translation, and mapping.Experience or understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12.Work with EDI translation tools, data warehousing concepts, IBM Sterling Integrator, and FTP tools (CoreFTP, FileZilla).3. Communication ProtocolsConfigure and troubleshoot communication methods: AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN.Work with customers and partners to validate connectivity and file transfers.4. Integration Support & Issue ResolutionHandle support tickets for existing integrations, triage issues, and provide timely resolutions.Perform activities such as retriggering files, resending invoices, and managing add-ons to existing integrations.Respond to general questions, inquiries, and integration-related requests from customers and prospects.5. Stakeholder Communication & CoordinationFacilitate and coordinate calls between internal teams, customers, and external partners.Provide clear communication, status updates, and documentation throughout the integration lifecycle.Prepare and present integration plans, flow diagrams, and business/technical documentation.6. Documentation & ReportingCreate and maintain integration design documents, gap analysis reports, and support documentation.Utilize Advanced Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate within and across teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.Comfort working with ambiguity, frequent changes, and tight SLAs.Strong understanding of general IT/technical concepts.General knowledge of:Data Warehouse conceptsIBM Sterling IntegratorEDI translation toolsFile transfer tools (CoreFTP, FileZilla)Familiarity with communication methods such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN.
