The selected candidate will support research and development activities related to construction materials and prefabricated building elements.Key responsibilities include conducting material-related research, assisting in mix design development, analyzing experimental and site data, supporting ongoing R&D and execution projects, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The intern will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and R&D teams to generate insights that support performance optimization, durability enhancement, and decision-making for modular construction systems.QualificationsStrong research and analytical skills to collect, evaluate, and interpret experimental and field dataEffective written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and collaborationBasic proficiency in engineering tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis softwareGood organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficientlyAbility to work collaboratively in a team with a strong willingness to learn and adaptInterest in innovation, problem-solving, and applied researchBachelor’s degree, M.Tech, Ph.D. or current enrollment in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Engineering, Science, or a related fieldFamiliarity with concrete technology, prefabrication, or modular housing systems is an added advantage
