Job Title: Private 5G, CoRE SMELocation: PAN IndiaExperience: 8 to 15 YearsJob Description:Private Mobile Network Core Technology Lead (4G/5G)Years of Experience – 10+ yearsLocation – BangaloreJob Summary: The candidate for 4G/5G Core Technology lead will focus on the design, development & Management of the 5G core network, as per 3GPP standard. This role requires expertise in 4G/5G standards, network protocols, and cloud-based technologies to ensure reliable and secure connectivity. Work on tasks like network optimization, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of 5G core functionalities.Job Responsibilities:- Design, develop, document, and maintain detailed MOPs for the integration of Private 5G Packet Core Network functions (NFs) like AMF, SMF, UPF, and others, based on 3GPP standards. - Conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G core functionalities, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements. - Diagnosing and resolving issues in 5G core networks, including network performance and security problems. - Developing and implementing automation frameworks for 5G network deployment, lifecycle management, and operation. - Provide technical leadership in design discussions, integration strategies, and service orchestration frameworks for the 5G core network. - Advise internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders on best practices for integrating and automating Private 5G Core components within a multi-vendor environment. - Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including High -Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), integration workflows, MOPs, and test plans as per 3GPP standards. - Demonstration of use cases/Demos (AR/VR, Computer Vision, Drones, AGV) to customers both physically and remotely. - Publish logs, PoV, White Paper and Artifacts related to different industry both for Internal and customer. - Work with development teams to test and validate new technologies and applications in the Private 5G lab environment.Key Skills:- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Telecom industry - Deep understanding of 5G Core network architecture and technologies: Familiarity with 5G standards (3GPP), NFV, and cloud-based infrastructure. - Working experience on Cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, VM, Yaml file preparation, Helm Packing hands on) and CI/CD pipelines for network service deployment. - Experience in development of 5G authentication protocols like EAP-based authentication, 5G-AKA, - Excellent understanding of LTE (SCTP, S1AP, GTP) and 5G architecture, Interface, protocols (GTP, Diameter, RRC, PDCP and others), and procedures. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex network issues - Hand on Experience on 5G network management and orchestration tools like ENMP, SON - Should have significant work experience in 5G wireless R&D, mobile systems, and 3GPP as well as a strong background in Core/IMS/EPC software. - Experienced of HyperScalers and their products for hosting and interconnectivity like GCP, Azure, AWS. - Experience of working on network simulation and testing tools like Keysight, Viavi, TEMS, NEMO for log analysis and troubleshooting. - Proficiency in automation scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible) and API integration for network configuration and management. - In depth knowledge of Core OEMs product and experience of working in multi-vendor and multi-technology ecosystem like Ericsson, Nokia, HPE-Athonet, Cisco etc. - Strong leadership and communication skillsKind regards,Priyankha M
