Strategy & PlanningConvert the Founder’s vision into actionable quarterly & annual plansTrack execution, priorities, and deliverables across all departmentsPrepare insights, reports, and decision notes for the Founder2. Cross-Department CoordinationAct as the communication bridge between production, QC, design, merchandising, accounts, HR & IrekaLead weekly reviews & ensure clear follow-ups with each departmentResolve bottlenecks and inter-team issues proactively3. Operations & Process ImprovementBuild and improve SOPs for sampling → production → QC → dispatch → listingsIdentify operational inefficiencies and fix them with structured processesEnsure timelines are followed across sampling, shipments, costing, and Ireka launches4. Project ManagementOwn & drive major strategic projects such as:ERP implementationUS import entity setupExhibition planning (Ambiente, Maison, IHGF)New production units & capacity expansionIreka SKU launch cycles & monthly targets5. Business Reporting & InsightsBuild dashboards for sales, margins, sampling, production, Ireka performanceReview and analyse business data to support founder-level decisionsEnsure accuracy in departmental reporting and financial discipline6.
