About Us:Backstage Pass Institute of Gaming is India’s premier institute dedicated to nurturing the next generation of game designers, developers, and artists.Job Description:We are looking for a proactive Tele Caller to manage inbound and outbound calls, engage potential students, and support them through the enrollment process.Key Responsibilities:- Reach out to active and prospective clients to promote our courses and services. - Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously. - Address queries, doubts, and concerns promptly. - Maintain detailed call notes and update CRM records regularly. - Share qualified leads and verbal confirmations with the sales team for closure. - Track and report all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts. - Stay updated on all course offerings and program changes. - Maintain and update contact lists and lead databases. - Attend team meetings to review goals and performance. - Ensure respectful and empathetic communication at all times.This role focuses on guiding students with accurate information about our gaming programs, ensuring smooth follow-ups, and helping them make informed decisions about their education, and closing the leads.Requirements:- Prior minimum 1 Year of experience required. - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Should be able to understand and speak English, Telugu, Hindi - Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is advantageous
