We are looking for Fashion Stylist for Moksha (Mumbai)Share your work portfolio along with your resume- MandateFashion designers and merchandisers, PLEASE DO NOT APPLYSalary- up to 12 lacs per annumExp- Min 8-10 yearsLocation- MumbaiImmediate Joiners shall only apply.Roles and Responsibilities of Fashion stylist :Role: Ecommerce/ Catalouge Stylist (apparel )Responsibilities:- Acquire relevant information about the brands regarding the mood, lighting, background, etc. - Source styling coordinates as per the current trends and guidelines - Partner with the photographers and make-up artists to ensure the smooth execution of shoots in line with the brand ethos - Troubleshoots on-set styling challenges - Meet daily studio productivity targets while maintaining quality benchmarks.Behavioural Competencies- Willingness to stretch - Should be a team player - Adherence to timelines - Adaptable to the cultureFunctional Competencies- Should be up to date with current fashion trends - An eye for style and attention to detail - Should be able to work under high pressure without compromising on quality - Ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas to improve the visual appeal of the product - Take ownership of tasks assigned and should ensure smooth functioning of the studio - Proven, exceptional talent for understanding fashion, creating new style directions, and being able to make those ideas a reality on set - A superb eye for style, visual composition and attention to detail - Creative with solid strength in product and prop styling - Rigorous knowledge of styling techniques across the industry and in various merchandise categories, with particular attention to the visual aesthetic - An instinctual devotion to trends and emerging brands, with an insiders perspective on the apparel products market - Seasoned familiarity with the intensity of a high-production studio, yet able to uphold the highest quality standards within that pressured environment - Should have proven experience and can excel and thrive in a studio environment that straddles both a high-volume workflow as well as a traditional editorial/lifestyle environment - Provide daily on-set supervision & quality with the photographer - Run daily shoots while maintaining positive energy in the studio at all times - Troubleshoot styling challenges on-set - Analyze productivity to develop and implement process improvementThanks,Team HR
