We’re Hiring: Technical Lead – Vehicle Development (Body Engineering)Location: Hyderabad / Delhi NCR (Offshore)Employment Type: Full-time✨ Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Vehicle Development, BIW (Body-in-White), and Closures. This role involves managing end-to-end vehicle programs, working closely with client teams, and leading cross-functional efforts to deliver project milestones.Key Responsibilities:✅ Lead and manage BIW & Closure engineering activities across all development phases✅ Collaborate with client engineering teams to understand requirements and drive execution✅ Review & validate CAD models, engineering drawings, DFM/DFA, GD&T✅ Coordinate with design, CAE, manufacturing, and suppliers for technical feasibility✅ Conduct design reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions✅ Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and documentation✅ Ensure compliance with client-specific design standards✅ Mentor and guide junior engineers✅ Communicate project status to internal and client stakeholders✅ Utilize Japanese language skills for discussions, documentation, and issue resolution✅ Apply knowledge of automotive standards, vehicle integration, and manufacturing processesRequirements:✔ Position: Technical Lead – Vehicle Development Body Engineering✔ Experience: 8–10 years✔ Language: Bilingual (English & Japanese N3/N2 Level)✔ CAD Skills: Catia V5/V6 + PLM familiarity✔ Strong technical understanding & leadership skillsInterested?
