Key Purpose of the job: Responsible for planning and prioritizing activities to ensure maximum productivity, with overall project control of quality, time and cost.Key Responsibilities: Detailed Construction Program preparation including scheduling and tracking. Prepare MIS for Work Reports and Cost Reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) and gather data/information to collate into one cohesive report for the Project Coordinator. Resource Management – requirement analysis, follow-ups, and determining manpower, equipment, and materials required as per the project lifecycle. Coordinate and facilitate smooth and timely delivery of drawings and decisions to ensure zero stoppage of construction, while understanding the sequence/workflow of construction activities. Analyse delay/shortfall and prepare catch-up plans and develop project-specific planning procedures in line with established company procedures to ensure compliance. Desired Candidate Profile: B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or NICMAR qualification. 3+ years of experience in residential, commercial and industrial space Knowledge of planning tools like MSP/ Microsoft Office/ Autocad/ MS Project /Primavera.
