The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project coordination, scheduling, and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) programs from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in project coordination and schedule management. Strong understanding of semiconductor/electronic manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
