Roles and Responsibilities:Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring the overall financial health of the bank.Lead initiatives to optimize the bank’s capital structure, manage costs effectively, and allocate financial resources to maximize performance.Run multiple financial scenarios to forecast potential outcomes under different market conditions, ensuring preparedness for various economic climates.Understand the role of fintech in transforming traditional banking models and drive the integration of innovative financial technologies.Advise clients on financial operating model redesign, digital finance, regulatory changes, and process automation.Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.Drive the sales cycle and secure new consulting engagements.Lead the development of offers and consulting assets to support pre-sales, GTM pursuits, and capability demonstrations.Our Ideal Candidate:He/She/They should be willing to take on a committed engagement role or client-facing advisory/delivery responsibilities while implementing our offers/solutions with our local and/or global teams.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
