Job Description – HR Business Partner (5–10 Years) | MumbaiRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our business teams in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core HR functions, stakeholder management, and strategic people initiatives. This role will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities1. Business Partnership- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees. - Understand business priorities and provide HR solutions aligned with organizational goals. - Advise managers on workforce planning, team structuring, and employee development.2. Employee Experience & Engagement- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, performance, development, and exit. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, skip levels, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms. - Address employee grievances and provide timely resolution.3. Performance & Talent Management- Lead the performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals. - Identify high-potential talent and partner with leaders on succession planning. - Support learning & development initiatives and competency-building programs.4. Policy, Compliance & HR Operations- Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and organizational processes. - Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, HR Ops) to ensure seamless execution. - Provide HR analytics and insights to support business decisions.5.
