Good knowledge on Metrics analysis. Prior experience of working in process driven projects. Ability to understand business needs and built quality framework for internal and external customers. Have a good knowledge of Agile Framework Have a very good knowledge of CMMI Framework and process areasPreferred candidate profile:Educational Qualification: Engineering graduate or equivalent Experience : 3-5 years Competencies/Skills: Minitab or other statistical application CMMI level 5 High Maturity Model Agile, Kaizen
