Product Manager - IIAt Nykaa we believe that great products are built by small teams that work smart and act fast. We are looking for a Product Manager for our Ads team who excels in fast-paced organizations and handles ambiguity well.Location - Gurgaon - Work from OfficeWhat you will do:Define the Product Roadmap- Own and drive the roadmap for a critical area of our Ads business - Define clear success metrics and translate strategy into actionable product requirements.Champion the Customer- Serve as the voice of the customer across the org. Deeply understand advertiser and user pain points and ensure solutions solve real problems.Be Data-Driven- Independently analyze data to extract insights that shape prioritization and decision-making - Conduct market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends.Drive Cross-functional Alignment- Partner closely with stakeholders across business, design, and engineering - Lead through influence — communicate clearly and crisply to rally teams around the product vision and make tough trade-offsExecute Relentlessly- Write specs, conduct user acceptance testing, and drive product launches - Ensure quality and speed by being hands-on at every stage of the product lifecycleWhat You'll Bring- 3+ years of experience overall, including at least 2 years in product management - Strong analytical skills — must be self-sufficient in diving into data to inform decisions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to align diverse viewpoints and drive towards outcomes - Customer-obsessed mindset — passionate about solving real problems with measurable impact - Hands-on execution — comfortable working closely with engineers and designers - MBA or Master’s Degree from a top business school or an engineering degree from a top institution- Plus: Prior experience building or scaling Ad Platforms
