Ltd.Website: About the Role:Codriva is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate HR Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead and support key HR functions including (IT-Tech roles) talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and employer branding. You will play a strategic role in scaling our team and nurturing a positive, high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (IT-Tech roles):Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for IT-Tech roles.Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and hiring plans.Draft, publish, and manage job postings across various platforms.Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring panels.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and monitor hiring metrics.HR Operations & Employee Engagement:Oversee onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees.Serve as the go-to person for employee queries, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, policies, and compliance documentation.Support performance appraisal cycles and assist in driving retention initiatives.Help design and implement employee engagement programs and culture-building activities.Employer Branding & Social Media:Promote Codriva’s culture, achievements, and job openings on LinkedIn and other social media channels.Coordinate with internal teams to create engaging content for talent branding.Strengthen employer brand visibility through campaigns, events, and storytelling.Qualifications & Skills:6+ years of progressive HR experience, only in IT or technology-driven companies.Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong command of recruitment strategies and HR operations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, etc.).Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to employer branding initiatives.If you're a people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in your HR career, we'd love to connect with you!
