Location: Pune, India Experience: 4+ years Travel: Up to 10% (as needed)SALARY $12,000 - $25,000 USD Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with X++, D365 F&O customization, integrations, and module configuration, and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful, business-critical systems in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize D365 F&O solutions using X++ and related technologiesConfigure D365 F&O modules using out-of-the-box functionality to align with business processesIntegrate D365 F&O with external systems using APIs and data entitiesPerform unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure reliable solutionsSupport deployments, upgrades, hotfixes, and environment management (backup/restore, package deployment)Develop and maintain SSRS reports within D365 F&OProvide ongoing technical support and troubleshootingCollaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutionsAdapt to evolving business needs and emerging technologiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsStrong understanding of ERP systems and business processesProven ability to deliver projects on time and manage multiple prioritiesTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in X++ programmingExperience with D365 F&O integrations, APIs, and data entitiesEnvironment management experience (deployments, upgrades, hotfixes)Working knowledge of SQL and database conceptsExperience with SSRS reportingFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutionsSolid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPreferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer AssociateMB-300 and/or MB-500 certifications preferredCore CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to manage priorities and meet deadlinesFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentThis role operates in a professional office environment and involves primarily sedentary work using standard office equipment.
