This role requires a sharp mind for analyzing financial data to drive better business decisions and improve forecast accuracy.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting - Prepare and analyse budget forecasts - Assist in the development of financial strategies and plans - Perform variance analysis and identify trends Create and maintain financial models - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights - Support the preparation of management and board presentations - Contribute to process improvements and automation initiativesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field - 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role - Candidates with CA/CMA background preferred - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling - Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a teamRequired Skills:- Quantitative and analytical thinking - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) - Strong presentation skills - Excellent organisational skills
