Job Description

General Ledger ManagerResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Reporting- Preparation of financial statements and submission of periodical results as per Ind AS, control checklist and review of balance sheet reconciliations. - Handling GL level activities and monthly close process, including reconciliations of all balance sheet, cash flow, PL accounts along with necessary backups. - Strong knowledge to monitor and build internal control framework. - Handle statutory audits and other external department audits/due diligence activities. - Variance analysis of periodic accounts with AOP & Budgets and highlighting deviations with reasoning and recommendations. - Good knowledge of sub function activities including Account Receivable, Payables, Fixed Assets and inventory. - Good knowledge of relevant legal statutory requirements including GST and income tax and other applicable laws. - Strong business partnering and project management skills. - Draft and implement financial processes & SOPs. - Ensure compliance and build relevant internal controls to its domain. - Driving automations and simplifications for higher efficiency.Requirements- CA with 2 to 4 years of experience. - Strong SAP knowledge. - Prefer past experience or article ship from BIG 5 - Proven ability to drive results and deliver under tight deadlinesSkills & attributes- High on integrity and strong work ethics. - Strong problem solving approach. - Proven ability to deadlines and multitasking.LOCATION: Mumbai
