Key Responsibilities- Acquire new NRI clients and build long-term relationships. - Cross-sell banking and investment products (liabilities, assets, forex, insurance, mutual funds). - Ensure accurate documentation, KYC, and RBI compliance for NRI accounts. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. - Address customer queries promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels. - Track performance metrics and prepare MIS reports.Qualifications & Experience- Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance/Commerce preferred). - 2–6 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or retail liabilities. - Certifications like NISM, AMFI, IRDA preferred.Skills & Competencies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of NRI products and regulatory requirements. - Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
