Role Description- Facilitate and support all SAP entries done by program office team and faculty members - Coordinate with central SAP/ RVIC team for quick and accurate execution - Ensure that the course mapping, module booking, and assessment booking process is efficient - Ensure a smooth process of CIE marks entry - Ensure a smooth process of SEE marks entry - Facilitate the implementation of SAP led LMS in RVU - Continuous review and upgrade of SAP interface - All SAP related trouble-shootingRole Specification- High technical competency in SAP system coding, testing, and troubleshooting - Skilled in advanced excel operations and DBMS - Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (preferably STEM domain) - Desirable qualification: SAP Certification from authorised partner - Minimum 3-5 years of previous work experience in an educational institution - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient in Kannada and English) - Ability to work with diverse teams - Proven abilities in critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving - Commitment to high performance
