Hiring for LLM architecture for roles for PAN India location. Exp- 12-25 YrsRoles & Responsibilities: - Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and instruction tuning. Innovate on techniques for continual learning and domain adaptation.- - Understand LLM fine tuning techniques such as PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA etc- - Develop evaluation frameworks for model safety, bias, and performance. - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like policy and Responsible AI teams to ensure responsible AI practices, consulting team to provide technical depth in AI, studio team to position our findings for client pitches, business team to arrive at a research roadmap, academia and industry partners for pushing the research boundaries. - Publish and present novel and innovative research findings in top AI venues. - Develop an internal AI talent and foster a culture of continuous learning across practice and organization.
