Job Title: UI/UX DesignerExperience: 3+ YearsLocation: Gurugram, Haryana (WFO)About the Role: We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who’s excited about solving real user problems through clean, intuitive, and AI-first product experiences. You’ll work across web and mobile, designing for the procurement and design & build (D&B) domains — complex workflows that need clarity, simplicity, and great user experience. If you enjoy talking to users, exploring insights, and turning them into thoughtful designs, this role is a great fit. What You’ll Do:• Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and research to uncover user needs• Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups• Design for both web and mobile experiences• Create product visuals using Figma, Photoshop, and other design tools• Take an AI-first design approach — exploring where automation and intelligence can improve UX • Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure smooth implementation• Work across procurement and D&B workflows to simplify complex journeys• Maintain design documentation in Figma, Confluence, and support sprint execution on Jira.What We’re Looking For:• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or product design• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work• Comfort with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design• Strong research skills — ability to turn feedback + data into design improvements• Familiarity with product workflows in SaaS, procurement, or D&B is a plus• Ability to break down problems and design clean, scalable solutionsBonus Points:• Experience in SaaS, workflow automation, or ERP-style tools• Experience with design systems and component libraries.Google form link :-
