The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring process adherence in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality of delivery.Develop and implement recruitment processes, performance metrics, and best practices across teams.Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.Drive data-backed decision-making by analyzing key recruitment metrics (TAT, source efficiency, conversion ratios, etc.).Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and client satisfaction standards.Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and implement automation or workflow tools for better efficiency.Coach and mentor team leads and recruiters to enhance performance and accountability.Requirements:5-8 years of experience in recruitment operations Proven experience managing large teams and scaling recruitment processes.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, hiring funnels, and recruitment metrics.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proficiency in using ATS and CRM systems.Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.What We Offer:100% Remote Work EnvironmentOpportunity to lead recruitment operationsCollaborative and growth-driven culture
