The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP CRM applications in Sales, Service, and Marketing areas.Roles & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and enhance SAP CRM solutions based on business requirementsWork on Web UI configuration and enhancementDevelop and customize BOL/GenIL componentsImplement PDI enhancements, BAdIs, and User ExitsDevelop ABAP programs, reports, RFCs, IDOCs, and function modules related to SAP CRMWork on CRM Middleware: integration with ECC/S/4HANATroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP CRM applicationsSupport production issues and perform root cause analysisCollaborate with functional consultants and business usersPrepare technical documentation and unit test casesRequired Skills:Strong experience in SAP CRM Technical / ABAPHands-on experience with SAP CRM Web UI FrameworkExpertise in BOL/GenIL, PDI, BAdIs, and Enhancement FrameworkExperience with CRM Middleware (BDocs, Adapters, Delta Loads)Knowledge of Integration with ECC / S/4HANAGood understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing business processesStrong debugging and performance optimization skillsGood to Have:Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Customer ManagementKnowledge of Fiori/UI5Experience in Upgrade or Migration projectsSAP CRM certificationWHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
