At Andersen UAE, we foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.Job Description:Valuation & Financial AnalysisConduct valuation of companies, assets, equity instruments, and intangible assets using applicable valuation methods.Perform purchase price allocations, impairment testing, and fairness opinions.Build and review detailed financial models with scenario, sensitivity, and forecast analysis.Research & Data CollectionCollect industry, economic, and company-specific data from public sources and databases.Analyze financial statements, management projections, and other relevant documents.Support in preparing market, sector, and industry research reports.Reporting & DocumentationDraft valuation reports, presentations, and supporting documentation in a structured and professional manner.Ensure valuation assumptions and methodology comply with IFRS, IVS, and regulatory standards.Assist senior team members in client deliverables, proposals, and business development support.Client InteractionCoordinate with clients to gather necessary information and clarify assumptions.Participate in meetings and conference calls with senior team members.Maintain professional relationships with clients and support project teams.Quality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with internal guidelines, quality review frameworks, and confidentiality standards.Stay updated with valuation standards, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
