The culture thrives on diligence, creativity, and a passion for meaningful impact.Role Overview:The HR professional with a finance background will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting HR operations. The role requires proficiency in HRMS tools, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication capabilities. A blend of HR and financial understanding will be essential for ensuring accurate and compliant operations.Key Responsibilities:Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.Conduct candidate assessments including skill evaluations, behavioral interviews, and reference checks.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Manage HRMS for recruitment processes and employee data maintenance.Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using Excel.Support HR operations with financial insights to ensure accuracy and compliance.Handle statutory and organizational compliance requirements including labor laws, PF/ESI, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and state-specific regulations.Ensure timely submission of compliance reports, filings, and audits as per legal standards.Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and policy documentation aligned with compliance policies.Required Skills & Competencies:Finance background with hands-on HR/recruitment experience.Practical experience with HRMS systems.Strong Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, dashboards).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities with attention to detail.Knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.HR certifications (a plus).Experience in employer branding initiatives.Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.Benefits:Competitive salary.Opportunities for professional growth and learning.Dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment.
